The history of the Uplink Community - a Timeline

I was thinking, would anyone be interested in helping me compile a history of the Uplink community?

It could contain notorious trolls, veteran's first entry into the community, IV updates, the release of a new prominent site, etc..

-I intend to host it - as I am setting up my hosting in about 2 weeks.

-Anyone want to contribute?

I thought it might also help new community members find out what they had missed - and allow vets to look on in misty-eyed nostalgia - and mutter, "Oh yeah.. I remember when...."

I'd be perfectly willing to host it, thouhg it's okay if you want to host it.

I don't like bragging, but I do have to admit that my signing up would be worth putting up there, since I was the only newbie who figured things out for himself.

It's a worthy event. Also, what I'm trying to say is that I could fish out noteworthy events to add to The List.

You definately aren't the only n00b who figured things out for themselves - what about myself and a fair few others who just never mention it.

I shall compile a list and post it as soon as I have time.

You should have seen the antics of the old days!

Well - I'll start compiling a proper list tomorrow or so.

If anyone else copies this idea for their website, I might just be a tad annoyed.. <No, I am not implying TUD>
