A few from my home state:

In Chester, you can shoot a Welsh person with a bow and arrow inside the city walls and after midnight.
In York excluding Sundays, it is perfectly legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow.


As for the drunk in a pub/club. I work in a pub and I think it's a pretty good law. Many a time I've had to refuse to serve alchol to someone, because they were drunk.
