Any . . . one . . . you . . . want . . . ?

If you are asking about which compiler you should use for C++, I would suggest either Borland or the Microsoft Visual Studio compiler (if you can afford it, Borland is free).  :)

Stews, borland's compiler is free now? back then i still remember, when i was in high school borland was the king when it came to programming languages, with everything named in 'turbo': Basic, C, Pascal, Prolog. I was a fan of their C & Pascal languages....but now that you mentioned that their compiler is free, what do you think has become of the company? i mean, i have absolutely nothing against free software, but for a company with a solid reputation in the past as a first class COMMERCIAL software vendor, it's quite strange.....

They sell a c++ IDE, a debugger, and non-personal delphi if I recall.

guys if you wanna download the free compiler its a command line compiler though here's the link:
http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_cbuilder.html its more or less 8mb and probably take me a few hours to download it.

Borland used to sell C++ and C++ builder. I have C++ builder 1, 3 and 3 pro... they're decent.

I use MS Visual C++ 6.

It is really quite good for a MS product, quite easy to use (well, as easy as can be expected) and the MSDN library is quite useful, but as stews said, it is a little expensive....

Yes! Yes! To elDiablo you listen! The Bloodshed/Dev compiler is simply the best freeware compiler money can buy!!!

EDIT: Wait, that doesn't make sence does it? :)
