how do you decypher the zip password

i see the "746f2.......whatever", and i know what the password actually is, but how exactly do you get one from the other?

I TOLD you I KNOW the password already!  i've put it in and ulocked the zip and everything, but i just figured that out from the forums.  I want to know how you are SUPPOSED to figure it out.  I see the 746f6f206d616e7920736563726574733f, and looked at the code card.  I dunno, maybe the north americain version is different.  I opened up the back of the cd case and it was just the same thing as on the back of the case.  I matched those letters up with the real letters to the pasword, but they were in no noticable order.  If that helps at all.....

Am I right in saying that you understand the code on the back is a string of ASCII characters, but not how they relate to the password?
