Thought I'd just post the one i'm using, its only a small change but I think its a little easier on the eye.

Icon (XP Versions up to 48x48) attached, along with a screenshot showing it on the desktop and the PNG file to edit it at will.

~ Makes me wonder why XP hasn't got vector icons :roll:
