Someone that run a uplink fan club has got it on his site, i cant remember the link of hand. but im sure its on this site some where. or go to google.com and search for redshirt.zip
Thats how i got my copy by looking at members sites, always worth it as you dont know what your going to find =D

Hmmmm. Tripod hasn't seen fit to take down the [url=disposable_account.tripod.com]disposable site[/url] I created there. It's not the same code as Zaptan's, since I wrote it instead, but there's both source code (ANSI C) and executables (one for Windows, built using DJGPP; one for Linux, built using gcc).
So if you don't trust executables from basically anonymous people, you can examine the source code and build your own. It's a simple program w/ a simple build (well, it's set up for DJGPP/Windows. To build on Linux, find the obvious #ifdef and comment it out.)
There's no GUI. However, since it accepts a variety of input-output foo, it'd be trivial for somebody to wrap a GUI 'round it if anybody cares to.
