new game by me

i am going to start a game in qbasic can anyone betatest or help if you think qbasic is crap give me some more suggestions and is anyone good at qbasic as i have only just started i was thinking of the game to be all console commands and telnet and stuff i need some suggestions that will help me and anyone else who wants to help on our way it should be cool :cool:

I can beta test or alpha test. I'd say that QBasic is ok for the kind of game it sounds like you're planning. However, to get many people's interest, you should add visual components, maybe even a GUI. AT which point it becomes in your interest to use Visual Basic, which is too expensive, so we come to *ahem* other means, or other languages. From Bladenet, I remember that the Borland Delphi Compiler Personal Edition is free and has an interface similiar to Visual Basic, but I'm rambling on. Alright?

I see people attempting to 'flame' here, why? please tell me because there is no reason for you to flame.
PHREAKER did nothing wrong and his is attempting to make a game , maybe a little support would help instead of trying to make him feel bad because he is programming it in qbasic.
