I know it's a little off topic but...

I recently bought Windows XP Home Edtion (2600) and set it up.But then I got this activation thing.I couldnt seem to register over the internet (I'm on shaw cable) so I registered by phone.Thank god there was a toll free number, or I would have just found a crack. But heres my deal.I have tried and tried to find a crack for XP because I reformat my hardrive every 15 - 30 days, and I think that microsoft will get a bit suspicious of me if I keep registering, even though I am only using the copy on one PC.But newayz, more to the point, I need to find a crack to register it.The reason why is the registration/activation thing is just sooooooooo annoying.I am asking if ne1 knows a way around this. Its not hacking or warezing because I own the copy that I bought, yes bought. Please help me, I hate MS for what they have done, but I like XP so what r ya gonna do right? If some1 could plz help me.My current version is registered so I cant test it but I have tried everything because soon I will be installing new software (once my birthday comes up, and I can get a bit more cash) and MS will not accept my number. It happened to my friend. So yea, I have tried the reg hacks, and patches and hex editing the win login thing and well... pretty much everything. But if ANYONE knows a GOOD WORKING way to crack the Windows XP Home Edition (Build 2600) 2002 version I'd greatly appreciate the file.Again I am NOT stealing because I bought the copy, I just wont be able to use it after 30 days soon.So please help me.Thank you for your help in advance to anyone who helps and PLEASE dont flame me because I am NOT stealing, I bought a LEGIT copy from Costco

You should be able to re-use the same code you got from the people at Microsoft over the phone, unless you changed your hardware or are using a different copy of Windows.

Why would you reformat your harddrive every month? I would never want to lose my contents on my harddrive. So many things from 7 years ago still remain hidden. Remember Ski Free? :) Wow, what a game. Well, back then, whenever it was created. Remember Windows 3.1? Thats still somewhere here...So many memories...

I format my computer everytime i think it could be of use(like when my hd is full of porn, or when i have to delete 500mb each week so that my computer works smoothly again or something like that) but not each 2 months(although, with my current PC that is actually what i'm doing, though only the C drive... D is where i've stacked the important information ;) PORN!! and Uplink :D)

Buy XP pro corporate. no activation needed. XP pro over counter, so I've heard, needs activation, too. XP cracks only delay the process by 180 days.

Ah... thats what I wanted to know DS. Best thing for player to do is go down to some seedy auctions and get a non-activation needing 'copy-but-not' of XP... I expect they'll have home as well as pro... might they might only have the 'coporate' version type thing... I dunno anything about this... at all ;). You might wanna try the "try the same code" suggestion first though.

And some people such as my self have Windows on one drive... and everything else of value on another drive... so you can format off all the windows files and stuff and keep what you want. Others may have different versions of what I do... Its almost impossible for them not to... so they can happily format off their OS and not worry about it. I could spend 5 minutes copying data to my D drive... and then I could wipe off XP.

2. find the crack to what you are looking for in www.astalavista.box.sk  I think you'll find what your looking for in there ( I dont know what your looking for, cuz I almost didnt read the letter).
