Playing the Stock Market

ok i found the stock market a while ago and recently came back to the shares that i bought and it hadnt changed AHH!!
does anybody know when or IF the price increase or decrease??????????????????????

I think they change every month. Try changing them yourself by destroying the ones you dont have shares on so the ones you do have shares on will get more money.

actually i after i finished the plot missions for arunmor, the shares only rose 4% the next month, none the one after and 5% the one after that.
the shares of ARC however have risen quite a lot more.

PS is it possible to by a large amount of shares at atimewithout clicking 1000 times?

I find that it is best to buy lots of shares in the company hiring you, wait for the end of the month(having completed the mission) and then sell them all. Hmmm.

How can you find out who is hiring you BEFORE you accept the mission?
I find that it is best to do jobs at the end of the month for shares as there will be less time for your activities to becounteracted by other jobs <oh, and you won't have to wait as long>

You don't! When you get the mission e-mail, you look at the section named "EMPLOYER"!

(That wasn't shouting as if this was obvious, but direct copying of the e-mail section, observing capitals.)

if ur going for a long term game, buy shares in 'introversion games' (i think the name is correct) early on and after a couple of months, the share price rose almost exponentially in my game

Goto InterNIC and filter "Stock" then connect to the stock market and create a new user.

Since I hate all Admins in Uplink, I hacked into the Stockmarket as the Admin, bought him loadsa shares in some companies, then destroyed the company!

The Introversion stock does grow much, much faster than other stocks.  Currently in my game all stocks are less than 100 credits, Introversion is over 2000 credits.  It makes sense though.
