It's now June 5th 2010, and still no call from ARC or Arunda. Whats going on?

well you first get a message from the dead agent. then you *have* to hack arc then you get a message (after a while) from arc!
BEEP...BEEP...BEEP...BEEP

I already Hacked ARC but got no message from them at all.

The ARC CEO is gone now anyway (in jail)

You have to try with the dead agents password before you try and hack the server (no, it doesnt work, but they notice you trying) and contact you sometime after that. You dont try the dead agents pass, you dont get the story.
