I'm currently playing Virtue's Last Reward (3DS/Vita) on 3DS after trying the demo.
Until now, 90% of the demos I tried on 3DS just made the game look like a piece of shit. But this game was different.
So I bought it. (I made the stupid mistake of buying a digital copy, instead of ordering a physical one from amazon for not much more and getting a box I like to have)
To demonstrate a part of it, here is a short video I made:
Try the demo if you have a 3DS or Vita.

VLR has an option to skip to any point in the flow tree. You never NEED to do any puzzle twice.
Also, you can skip (AKA the game automatically spams A faster than any human can) story sections.
Do you recommend 999? After falling in love with VLR I'm considering ordering it...
PS, just for funsies, have a spoiler: Clover is here

I think it's worth it just to finish it. It's a visual novel with puzzle elements to slow it down more than anything. Like I implied before, the puzzles aren't big on replayability because they're just too easy to remember. Not that any of them really kick your ass anyway.
You can go through the story parts you've seen before at an accelerated rate by holding right the whole time.
And if you love spoilers so much: Door 3 sucks monkey balls.

Wait, I thought it was an invisible PC they announced? Now I'm confused.
(Joking aside, I'm mildly interested if the price turns out all right/when it drops to be all right. Tech specs are fine. Don't care about the share button, cold about the touchpad on the controller, but suspend mode? That's something I miss on the current consoles. We'll have to see whether their online services and games hold up, of course.)

On that note, I wonder if it's possible to spoil Bioshock Infinite in such a way that people will believe you. Heck, Booker killing Dumbledore would be about as believable as what actually happens.
Credit where credit is due though, it may have been batshit, but made perfect sense and was well delivered.
GOTY candidate, for sure.
