More colored pancakes, this time with squeeze bottles! It was too late in the day to get fancy with creations. (flavored with fruit)

What I'm wondering is: where did he get the tank? Does every city major in Lithuania get one? Because in that case I'm moving and becoming a politician.

This. Assuming that this wasn't a publicity stunt, I would say that the city owes the owner of the car a new Mercedes, less the $50 parking fine (or whatever the fine is, in whatever currency it is kept in).

Well, I know that in the UK one's car can be crushed if one doesn't pay one's car tax.

The article mentions that the car was later crushed, implying that the law in Lithuania states that crushing is the usual fate for law-breaking cars.

It implies no such thing. Having a car crushed is the typical response when it's a write-off i.e. the cost of repair exceeds its value. So if we are to infer anything, it would be that the car was a write-off due to an armored vehicle having driven over it.

I'm also thinking publicity stunt as it all seems rather staged.

The above post is not intended as an attack on you. It's not about making you look stupid for not searching. It merely states the facts. Please don't be offended.

This will help nothing against criminal parking, it will just advocate tank-proof-cars and tank-bars for the middle class.

That is not a tank. An armored vehicle, yes. But not a tank.

(It looks like a BTR-60 or a BTR-94.)

Quick question: If I were to, hypothetically speaking, accidentally pour coke on my mouse, though it keeps working fine, but the mousewheel feels sticky/annoying so I wash out the inside of the mouse with water by pouring water into the cracks betweem the buttons then pouring them back out repeatedly like 3-4 times, approximately how long would I have to wait before I can safely assume the mouse is dry on the inside so that I can safely connect it to the USB port on my computer without fear of damage to my mouse?

A. 24 hours
B. It's hypothetical, so it doesn't matter
C. Use a hair dryer on cool setting
D. Don't drink unhealthy syrups
