Giant Minecraft Darwinian!
HOLY SHIT!
It's surely the biggest Darwinian that has ever existed! This is a massive Darwinian built by hand in the world of Minecraft, by some of our most insane fans. No editors or importers were used in the construction of this guy (i'm looking at you, starship enterprise) - everything you see here was painstakingly built by hand over many days.
This guy was the third Darwinian constructed, and by far the largest. At the end of the video the camera looks back on the second Darwinian constructed, who (at the time) appeared pretty damn big. They've pretty much hit the limit of size with the third attempt : his feet sit on the bedrock at the base of the world, and the top of his head is way above the clouds.
Minecraft is without doubt my game of the year. It warms my heart that a game like Minecraft can be created by one man, and can find a massive playerbase in our games industry. And doesn't it say something about games that the free version has more capability than the pay version, but was hugely less popular? The version you pay for has scarcity of materials, and limits on your capabilities within the world. The free version lets you do whatever you want, whenever you want. How backwards is that?
Edit: Visit the monument yourself in Minecraft!

If you're talking just the shape on the floor, it could, in theory, be larger than the surface of the Earth If you're talking a 3D darwinian, it would be on as thick as this one is tall (120 blocks) and 6 times that in length.
Either way, I'm not planning on doing anything bigger. This one was absurd as it is

You do know there are no aliens present in this game as it is..?
