Games for 2009... And BEYOND!
Just finished Borderlands.
Personally I quite enjoyed it. True, it doesn't have an awful lot of variety in enemies and locations, but felt the game was fun enough to overlook that. It helps I was looking for a game like it for some time now.
My major complains about it is that the beginning and the ending go on for far too long. The ending in particular was annoying as there was very little to do and yet there were still about 4 maps to go through (on foot), with the last couple of them being essentially long corridors. And to top it all, the ending itself consisted of a pathetically easy boss that came out of nowhere and a few very odd "revelations", which means the despite the ending stretch being fucking long, it also felt amazingly rushed.
But like I said, I enjoyed the game, and will probably get the DLC while the steam sale is still going on.

Hey, that steam sale is on. You know, the one with the game that we should all own or else?
Have I ever mentioned that the only reason I no longer own 3 copies of Darwinia and Multiwinia (including 1 Steam version of each) is because I gave away on copy each on a Secret Santa thingy?
In other news, got Street Fight IV. And other than me sucking horribly at it, it seems rather fun. I never really understood why fighting games need to lock half the characters though.

3 copes of Darwinia (original, limited tin and Steam) and 4 copes of Multiwinia (limited tin, beta, Steam beta, Steam). In fact, the beta is still in my Steam account. That'll probably get annoying at some point.
