Cal me ignorant but i only just noticed that a lot of Defcon players seem a lot older than I...... just curious of the general ages of the players and users of the forum......

Also, the people active in the Lounge are probably not representative for typical players of any of IVs games. We're an awkward bunch.

If you'd actually care to read the poll in question (it's linked from the Overview) you get your answers - one of them is: one cannot fall 'out of the range' of the age groups, because a) the groups cover all possible ages and b) that's some poor English.

Age- wise I should be in the 15-20 area, but there were a few years when I was presented 2 cakes (at different parties, one family, one friends). So I will have to say 20-25

i'm forty - a mature gamer - i used to sneak into the school computer lab to play Elite on BBC computers!

who remembers Elite here?? - quite possibly the best computer game of all time...

who remembers BBC computers?...aah, nostalgia ain't what it used to be... :lol:
