By the way, I saw someone wearing the "Science, it works bitches" T-shirt today, I thought it was pretty awesome.

Soooo, blood test results. And they aren't good. I have to go back in Wednesday for more tests and the like.

I have very low iron content, a B12 deficiency, and very very high white blood cell count.

Not sure why I have low blood iron. I eat meat, and green veg. Erm, B12? The what now? White blood cells, well I have a cyst that is infected, so that makes sense. However there is stuff they could not tell me over the phone. And suggest I get checked for STIs. That one threw me for a loop. Been in a monogamous relationship for over 6 years. Had an STI test about 5 years ago, was clean. So I'm lost.

Heh, I saw the "stand back, i'm going to try SCIENCE" one a while ago. I myself own the "maybe if this shirt is witty enough, someone will finally love me" shirt :P

edit: didn't see RKiver's post. Hope it's nothing too serious :/

I litterally laughed out loud at that. My boss also found it amusing.

I love both games and I can see why someone would make that comparison. But they aren't at all that similar.

Where were you when you saw it? I own one of my own, and haven't seen XKCD (or any, for that matter) merchandise on other people. :(

Hope it isn't too serious, or even better, a mix up in blood samples.

I have "Stand Back, I'm going to try SCIENCE", "Science, It Works Bitches", "My Normal Approach is Useless Here" and "No Raptors", and it surprises me how many people just walk up to me and say "hey, that's from xkcd. cool".

If any of you are ever around the University of Nottingham and see someone wearing one, odds are it's me (or, since due to some kind of mistake, my order arrived (and presumably was sent) by the European distributor (seemingly based in Ireland) twice, someone I know, I had to do something with the spares). Same goes for anyone around Malvern or Worcester outside Uni term time (though, that is only likely to apply to martin, I can't think of many good reason that someone who doesn't live here would be likely to go to Worcester).

Wow! Two portuguese Pratchett fans? That must be a new world record (actually, I know of a third one, but he's currently living on norway, so he doesn't really count)

Oh, and good luck for you test Rkiver. I too hope it's nothing serious.

Ah but you see instead of a variety of species of penii I will make one which contains every part as a male sexual organ, a penii fractal if you will.

Back on the non-random xkcd shirts thread: I have science, it works bitches, no raptors, regex, sudo and compiling, and I wear the raptor and science ones the most (the others are usually at work or casual days at school)... I haven't had many random people recognise them yet, but I get some weird looks. :P

My friend was supposed to get me science it works bitches but she forgot to think about shipping and it still hasn't arrived. She also got me this t-shirt and that one certainly gets funny looks.
