YES, the whining woman....
The music in DEFCON is great, I like it, I also like the background sounds. But one background sound so annoys me.. I hate it everytime I hear it. The whining woman in the background destroys the whole game feeling for me.
Is there a way to delete this bitch?

She's not "whining", those are in fact the racking sobs of a survivor as she stumbles blind, burnt, and dying through the radioactive wasteland that just 2 hours ago was her happy home town. The town that YOU just hit with half a dozen warheads.
The SFX are the best part of the game IMO. They add a feeling of realism and personal responsibility. They put the thought into the back of your mind "Hey, I'm causing people in this here game world to feel like this".
