But this would mean that anyone answering yes to the first question always answers yes to the second. So, it should be

True, but if I actually know and well understeand waht quantum mechanics is I can't answer 'no', right??

It could also mean "Do you understand quantum mechanics? If so, are you sure what you understand is in fact quantum mechanics?"

Thus, the order of the questions is incorrect.

Yes, I noticed it myself, but if I really know what QM is, than the correct answer for me is "yes". And it adds to my insanity score :shock: :shock: true, the questions sound strange, but why do I have ot change my answer because of it??

I presumed they were trying to be humorous, i.e. anyone who claims to understand quantum mechanics musn't correctly know what it is.

rus|Mike: There's lots of strange stuff about quantum mechanics - probability waveforms a la Schrödinger's cat, entanglement i.e. 'spooky action at a distance', the significance of the observer etc.
