Well, that video is years old and has likely nothing to do whatsoever with what Multiwinia will be like, so, not really what I'd call a "concept" movie, or one that had been "released", since that all makes it sound like official hat.

Anyway, those were Tanks, not armour as such (the game still recognises them as a unit but the code for them is 'gone'), and were fully player controllable like squads. People have been asking for Tanks for a long time! They were also green, and butt ugly.

I'm looking forward to seeing which game modes there will be, if it will be develop a darwinia army and go at it with another player or if there will be other game modes.

It could be cool if the darwinians had "evolved" so much that the thing that threatened to wipe them out now had become controlled and used as a weapon: the virus. Like a biological weapon, in a digital world :)
Another possibility could be a sort of Half life Sven Co-op mod where each player controlled a squad and had to work together on taking down really though viruses as a team.

Will be interesting to see what they come up with.

What else could they call it?

Darwinia: Online

Netinia

Darwinternet

Think before you speak Chris, everyone knows that you can get stuff pirated before it's released ;)

Hence, why he was asking where he could get it! It's not like he's saying it doesn't exist.

I mean, I could he even know that?

Getting pirated stuff before it's invented is a bit of a step further.

Haven't you heard? Pirates now make announced games before the developers are finished and then pirate them. It's very popular in China.

Actually, it's becoming something of a trend not to bother designing, making or even announcing games now - just let pirates steal them, then get it off the pirates and take them to court for stealing your in development game :D

That's... not funny. Like, at all.

You fail at humour, martin.
