No, it's just a virus, disguised as a game.
It will be like uplink, except that we will be hacking into real computers and loading the revelation virus onto their systems.
Then IV will use the virus to take over the internet and crown themselves kings of the world.

Dave Lavery!
I did a double take when you posted that image. I've actually met the guy in the picture! His name is Dave Lavery, and he's one of the game designers for the http://www.usfirst.org/ FIRST Robotics competition. Every year they announce a game at the start of january, and from then on, over a thousand teams across the world have exactly 6 week to design, build, and program a robot that will play that game. Dave is famous for taunting people with fake riddles, red herrings and just ridiculous hints that somehow allude to the game before it is officially released. I must admit, It's probibly quite tempting when there are tens of thousands of gullible teenagers itching for robotics season to start again that will dissect and overanalyze everything you say.
I didn't realize he had made the top 10 in google images for red herrings though
Anywho, the concept for subversion looks intriguing, even though I'm not sure what it is. I'm guessing security breakin. Build a robot to infiltrate the complex kind of thing. Good luck!

(starting out small, just a few computers linked together) oh and you'll need chairs... or else your fatigue goes up... you'll get tired and fail. (when was the last time you STOOD at a computer for several hours straight?

everything seems to be dead on the background... perhaps subversion is some kind of lab where you do experiments on animals and eventually people? that kinda goes well with the sim look of that window... you can move the chairs and stuff around and see what the reaction is. then you can use the buttons on the side to report your findings.
and everyone hates my last two posts, right?

You could put it that way...
No, but it's just that the first one is one of those posts which someone will quote in about a week, when this topic has over 75 posts, and for the other one, I was obsessed with those damn red herrings, and Xocrates was busy with explaining them.
By the way, Xocrates, you know that everything in Real Life™ means something different here at the IV forums, right? So...in pt. 2, prophile and xander wrote:You fail.

PS: That just doesn't work out well, does it?
didn't take a week to quote...
In reality, there is no new game or virus. Introversion doesn't really exist and all three games were designed to, one by one, provide a method of finding those that could not easily be subdued through typical subliminal messages....

If so I will help them and cheer our new masters
