What be the difference between these two?
Any one be better in particular over the other?

Just look at the product details and compare them (bigger numbers usually mean better). At first glance it looks like some details of the TX-S3082WH are incorrect i.e it says its widescreen yet it has a 4:3 aspect ratio.

The X has 1080i which is the highest HD resolution available right now.

Well, the highest when it comes to TVs. Monitors, however, can go much higher.

(Not really. I can't see why you'd want such a high resolution.)

Well, X marks the spot, and Spot was a puppy I once had, and once is the number of times I've gone bridge jumping, and I've never played bridge, and 'never' is abbreviated to nv, and NV stands for Nevada, and Nevada is where xander lives, and xander's name starts with an X. So I think it means Samsung TX-S3080WHXander.
