DEFCON now available for Pre-Order
Just a couple of weeks to go until Defcon's launch - and we are offering the game for Pre-order! The cost is just £10 ( $17.50 dollars, €14 euros ). For that price you'll get a digital download of the game at the moment of launch, and we'll also ship a FREE boxed copy of the game to you in the post. This special price offer only applies to pre-orders - after that the boxed copies will cost an additional £5 in order to cover our production and delivery costs.
This website is the ONLY place you can get this boxed copy. Here are some pics from the box and printed manual:
.
We can also offer the game as a digital download through STEAM. If you would like to buy the game this way please visit their website.
The launch date of DEFCON will be Friday 29th September 2006, at 6.00pm GMT.

Yay! Now that is one hell of a way to take advantage of a pre-order. Count me in!
Keep up the good work guys.
By the way, I never knew that the price contains the shipping costs. So even if I buy the box, I don't have to pay to the delivery guy besides the usual tip? Great.

£10 + £5 = £15
£15 > £12.50
The prices on http://everyone-dies.com/ need updating.
Now, do I buy now, then have to buy again when the mac version comes out. Or do I wait for the mac version...
Decisions, decisions, decisions. I think I'll at least wait till the posters are out before deciding, cause I want some of them too. Why did you have to price it so reasonably. It makes this decision soooo much harder.

When I saw the $10 offer on Steam, I said to myself "To hell with that! I really want to pay double that, because IV actually needs my money to survive, unlike those other faceless companies." So I ordered directly from your website.
Does it take a huge chunk of out the profit you guys make to send me a free boxed copy? If it does, I really want to donate a small ammount to the cause as well.

If you want to get around that, order it after the release date.If you buy something at the same time, they'll also recuperate the postage costs.

It is great that war is so terrible... Otherwise, we may get to fond of it...

Buy windows version now, play Linux version when released?
If I preorder the Windows version now, will I be able to switch over to playing the Linux version once it's released?
