Try again.
Some people talk because they have something to say. Others talk because they have to say something.

It was a visual pun...

Face colour is red -> embarrassed

Face colour is green -> green with envy

Or were you being even more subtle than I? ;)

I tried to build one, I used two lego techniks sets, one lego mindstorms sets and five small tenchniks style kits and still ran out of pieces.

I know... Isn't it annoying when you just run out of those little grey pieces...?

Yes. Yes I can.

Basically, a game that will be out within the scale of a few months, rather than years, designed, tested and enjoyed by IV themselves already, sounds like the kind of simple, pick-up-and-play, no-commitments game that I need. Hell, I've been playing this pretty much constantly recently. (Tron 2.0 is just not an option ;) and split screen is awesome fun - even my girlfriend is hooked) Anything more complex or demanding just isn't something that I need right now!

Darwinia was one of the (admittedly) myriad reasons I failed my first year of maths at uni, and another game as good to fiddle with would ruin my career ;) So, knowing what the guys are capable of, I would say a) bring it on, but b) I'll just be a casual player - if that - because my degree comes first. Well, this year it does. *sigh*

Still, I do look forward to it! I wonder what it'll be... It feels like those few weeks before Christmas, when I can shake the presents as much as I like but have no idea :D

Word to the wise: Never try and familiarise yourself with a modding system instead of revising 2nd order dynamical systems... ;)

I would... But my connection is a bit dodgy, and very rarely consistent. We have an exceedingly cheap wireless router. Plus, with my housemates' filesharing and WoW obsession, when I tried to play online my ping was awful. If we get a better router, I'll take you up on it :P

/probably shouldn't be plugging this game on DW forums ;)

So now that we all opted to assume IV is going to make an RPG, who opts to speculate on the character classes? (hey this is a very sneaky yet efficient way to influence the development, ain't it?)

I say GIVE US BATTLE BARDS. Please.

8 is a power of two (2^3)
