pc gamer and edge articles available for download

Future Publishing were generous enough to send us some high resolution pdfs of the recent articles in PC Gamer and Edge, and we've taken some jpgs from those and made them available on our website for you to read, for all those people that don't live in the UK and can't get hold of these magazines.

Have a look at our Exposure page and you'll find both articles, along with the original Scoop in PC Gamer, for your reading pleasure. The six page article in Edge is a particularly good read, although they're all pretty damn cool. The quality of these images is also really good, way better than any scans we could have made.

A good read and somewhat surprising to read how small the company is.

I am a new player to Uplink and have enjoyed what I have done with it already and had a look at some of the mods created by neott and others.
I sort of hope someone can blend simply uplink's coloring of mission's on map with neott's FBI mod and come up with a new patch 1.4. I even read about the developers disk which I must admit intrigued me, but I lack the programming knowledge. Being an old timer (35) I can probebly just remember programming in pascal or cobol and that basic language of basic, but I would struggle, I think with the new advance programmes.
Maybe another 10 years back at school would help.

After reading about Darwina though, I look forward to a time I can get into the game and all I can say .... in true Uplink style....

Man, Future Publishing really love you guys in IV don't they. Decent of them to let you have the pdfs. Any chance of hosting the actual pdfs somewhere for us to have a gander at, or would FP not really like that.

Meh should have checked more before posting. I have all of those magazines at home already.
