Introversion in Develop

Introversion have a profile in the April 2006 edition of Develop Mag. I'll try and get a scan later. For now though

Ask the chaps at Introversion why they self-publish and they'll tell you that they don't want anyone messing up their games. In fact, they might put it in slightly stronger terms than that, but everyone knows that swearing is neither big nor clever.

I like the "key staff" section -- it includes not just the key staff, but all of them (well, except for Icepick, but we all know that Chris is Icepick).

It only includes the directors! Andy isn't on there, neither are Mike and uhh... the other sound guy who's name I forgot, and the various other peoples who do stuff around Introversion. http://www.introversion.co.uk/aboutus.html has a better staff list

I get Develop too. For FREE! My 12 month free subscription ran out like 3 years ago. They sent me the thing saying "If you want to continue your subscription, pay us!". I thought, na, can't be arsed... And they still sent it to me :D

Yeah, I get it free as well, every month they've sent me a form saying 'fill this in or your subscription will be cancelled'. I've not and it hasn't been.

Haha, and the slightly more legal way of looking at it (rather than a scan) is looking at the pdf version of the magazine rather than the scan. :D

Isn't Icepick Gary Chambers (according to the About Us section of the website). Seeing as I'm writing an article on Introversion for a University project it would be nice to know these things.

Yes, he is, although scuttlebutt around here also names him as Chris Delay... figure that one out.
