Is the music in Defcon copyright? I would like to a video review and did not know if I can use the music?

Probably. Introversion are cool about these sorts of things and although I don't think they fully own the rights to the music (they contracted an indie music company and needed permission to bring it to iTunes) it's very unlikely anyone will care. Is it non-commercial? Sounds like it so it should be fine.
