New servers
I am able to launch 11 new game servers. Any suggestions about server types (i.e. 1v1 / 2v2 / diplo / ...; Variable Count; World Size etc etc) ?
Recordings will be available only per request until I learn more about php and sql. To those willing to give some useful advice - you are greatly welcome.

Thanks to MOR for some of game keys and to Senator for help in setting up.

Comeon, make the recs available early. You can do it with the apache web server alone, no php or sql. http://wiki.apache.org/httpd/DirectoryListings
Look at Bert's rec site, its probably nothing else, but a directory structure you can browse.

Ya, try to make recordings online.. You can use crontab to creat some auto tasks to run tasks files to make directories, move recordings files... Per example in your cron tab
that will run the file 23 in your /yourtasksfolder/mkdirfolderfor1v1/
the file 23 is
and it will creat automaticaly the folder 23 in the day of 23th december at 00:01 for 1vs1 server
Code: Select all
1 0 23 * * /yourtasksfolder/mkdirfolderfor1v1/23
that will run the file 23 in your /yourtasksfolder/mkdirfolderfor1v1/
the file 23 is
Code: Select all
mkdir /var/www/vhosts/yourwebfolder/httpdocs/recordings/1vs1/2012/december/23
and it will creat automaticaly the folder 23 in the day of 23th december at 00:01 for 1vs1 server
