Hey BGP, I have a license to practice law in the UK and I think you have a case here to get your money back.

My retainer fee is $1500 and if we win judgment I keep 45% of the proceeds.

Let me know if you would like to continue. I accept payment by PayPal.

--rofl

He's good. That I can attest to.

We'll see you in court, Mr.TGR.

--rofl

How did ROFL, an "IT" guy , end up a solicitor?

Who said I was an "IT" guy? Why are you quoting "IT"?

I'm actually a barrister; if you come to my office I can show you my wig.

When I used to play you, Sir Con, Aflurry, Spesh, and etc as Barbarossa you claimed to be a network engineer or sys admin of some sort.

I do that to fit in. It isn't always cool to let people know what you do for a living, how much you spend on things, or how much you earn.

However, I want to help you get your money back. I think you have a case here. I don't see the UK extraditing the defendant to the US so obviously we will need to file suit in that jurisdiction.

Please contact me further if you wish to proceed, and be prepared to wire funds to my account as a retainer.

Thanks again
--rofl

I sent you a PM.

With some limited exceptions, of course!

TGR doesn't know C++ from his ABCs. I am BGP and OpenFlow. TGR couldn't code anything if his life depended on it. He was the one accusing me of only being able to change simple variables like sub ranges, when I posted videos of my MIRV and doomsday mod he had to shut his trap. TGR probably can't even get his source code to compile. He ain't in on any of this, its just BGP and OpenFlow (me and me)

That is what I am saying. TGR and ROFL are sharing a same svn account that is associated with "sourcecodedude" , the same one he allegedly sold to me for $250USD and then revoked access.

These are the indisputable facts:

1) Right now TGR has my $250.00 USD in his possession.
2) I am deprived of svn access, locked out of my own account, and TGR still retains access to my rightful property.
3) Thus, TGR has violated the Introversion licensing agreement, and guilty of violating first-sale doctrine, and in violation of UK, US and international copyright laws and intellectual property theft.

The mod has been complete for quite a while now. There is probably more work we can do and features we can add but at this point it doesn't really matter.

I'm not involved in this dispute in any way, except to offer legal counsel. I don't even know what an SVN is - can you explain it for us?
