If folks want to, we can prolong SCHUFT under my management until ~30th (2 weeks more). I've got loads of time, which means daily stats updates and stuff. Although we will have to leave all major rules as they are (i.e. random alliences, etc.). And we will have to get Schubi clearance so that it's not a separate tourney but the same SCHUFT.

Of course it is/was! It was just simply too good to continue.

It is/was the most successful attempt at introducing a non-biased Defcon tourney with real competition. Given enough time (~30 games per player maybe? -- and far too much work for any one manager to handle) it might have begun to start sorting out players quite nicely. But of course, this could not be allowed to occur.

To my mind, having tasted the SCHUFT potential, in comparison anything less will be just make-believe and deserving to be called, at-best, nothing more than a mere "exhibition;" for we all now know what a real "tournament" looks like.

Alas, some number of weak-knees, fearful of battling-on despite the risk of a dice-roll (the effects of which would have been "washed out" over-time anyway!) have prevailed, and for these identifications we must also be thankful for our all-too-brief venture into SCHUFTland.

Again, I thank the managers that put the work into it -- you have allowed many of us to enjoy some rather fun moments.

She can have the top spot on the podium, and I will defend the bottom slot with all my honour

Dear participants of [SCHUFT],
I have to apologize that posting the finals stats has taken sooo long. Real-life was and is a bitch atm, but I didn't want to make them sloppy. Anyway,
the presentation of the stats were deliberately childish. I had some fun while creating them. And I hope that some of you enjoyed reading them.
I was surprised about the number of games. 115 valid games in 6 weeks is really a succes in my opinion. Thank you all, especially Blacky, Nighty and Turgon (44! games each), for your dedication.
Though, there were some minor infringements in the screen-shot thread, it looks really clean. Thank you for your discipline.
Although, I will never forget Berts achievements, my special thanks go to Senator. Without his servers and SFCON, [SCHUFT] wouldn't have been possible.
(Sen, I'm sorry, I couldn't elaborate more on your equations. I hope I can do this in the future.)

Yours sincerely,
Schubdüse :D
