Has anyone used a hybrid coffee roaster? I want to buy one for myself, but I don't know where to start looking.

yes, I've been using typhoon 10 for half a year already https://typhoon.coffee/roasters/typhoon-10. It's very convenient when one machine can perform several functions without lowering the quality. Definitely recommend to watch the video of work this machine.
