How to get Steam achievement for escape?

What do I have to do, to get the steam achievement I May Have Found A Way Out Of Here?
What is meant by Escape from a decent prison in escape mode? I escaped from 2 prisons in escape mode (both random from steam workshop). Which prisons match this definition?

Thanks for the offer, but I don't want to get all these mods before.

I just want to know what requirements a prison has to meet to be decent. Who knows?

I got it after escaping from a prison with 300 prisoner capacity.

I don't know why, but in the third attempt I escaped from a prison, that gave my that steam achievement.

The first and second escapes were probably done from non-decent prisons - whatever that means...
