I played escape mode and I was wondering if new guards are hired when they die. Or will a new warden comes when the old one dies. You get a lot of reputation points when you commit murder, more than if you just break stuff. I noticed prisoners constantly coming in in all the prisons I did escape mode on. But what about staff members?

I don't think so; or the timer must be really long. I killed every guard in a prison and then proceeded to let every prisoner out. No new guards showed up.

i killed the chief, or at least i thought i did. i went inside a classroom and saw the chief training a bunch of guards.
I think that after sometime, dead staff will respawn, as shown by the guards not having done training and the chief repawning

Maybe it happens when you get caught and when your points get put in and all. Probably then a bunch of guards and staff get respawned back into the prison.

I saw a warden respawn, but I was also able to murder everybody and escape.

I have done a lot of testing Escape Mode and I can confirm that staff members re-spawn every hour on the hour. They run in from the top of the road and into the prison. I'm not sure if guards re-spawn before chefs or wardens or if they re-spawn in the order that they died. If you killed everyone then waited long enough, that could be some time if you have 50-100 staff members, then they should all be back in the prison.
