[Bug] Right-Click to Stash Works Intermittently

Right-clicking to stash contraband seems to work intermittently, sometimes not at all. It doesn't matter where I am - in my own cell or others, alone or not - it sometimes doesn't do anything at all when I right click on beds or toilets.
