Very excited for Escape Mode... releasing tomorrow! It's been a long, awesome ride through EA, thanks to all the devs for producing such an epic simulation!
Quick question: in Escape Mode, do security zones and regime affect you personally?
For example, if I'm classified as "Medium" security/general population, will the guards react if I'm in a zone that's off limits to me?
Following up on that, will I be punished for disobeying the prison regime? Say I was doing something else during "Yard" or any other daily activity. Will this result in unwanted attention from the guards?

Good questions.
I also would like to know if there are random cell-searches.
Otherwise it will be very easy once you have a wooden pickass.

If security levels are actually set on the prison, I believe guards do become hostile if you enter a different area from your own. If everything is set to shared, though, your security level doesn't matter.
As for the regime, the only things you have to follow are lockup and sleep. If guards see you out during lockup, they'll bring you back to your cell (and anyone that happens to be following you). Otherwise you're free to wander about.

If you go into an area off-limits to you, you get treated as if you're escaping.
