Prison architect age rating

I have looked all over but there is no age rating for this game in fact there isn't even any warnings on the introversion videos/trailers
So is there an age rating and if you know it Please tell me

It's probably for 14 and over, cause the violence is ridiculous, blood bath, when you kill every guard, it doesn't look well.

If ESRB were to rate it, it would at least be T. Due to partial nudity and the overall dark theme of the game, one could easily make the argument that this is rated M.

After playing 10-15 hours, I'd say that it would probably end up with PEGI 16 rating.
