Okay, I'm in Conviction, and it wants me to have 20 visits, but I have the new visitation room and no one's visiting. I have lots of free time and 100+ prisoners so I don't know what to do. Also everything is shared where it needs to be

It will say on your to-do list if visitors are waiting. if there's nothing there, it means you have no visitors yet and you need to wait. however, if it does say that visitors are waiting, it means that something must be wrong with your visitation.

After about an hour of studying my regime, deployment, and logistics, I figured out prisoners always wanted to take the route there that was staff-only. After making that shared, there was a wall of visitors approaching visitation. Turns out this was a flaw in my design, and maybe a bit of an AI error.
