Agreed, the story is dark but exciting and always keeps you on your toes. I really liked how it takes you around to different prisons and gives you various objectives. It really shows you how to run a prison in every way for new players, and it was loads of fun for me. They did great on this! Can't wait for more :D

Yes, I think it adds another layer of atmosphere, and with carrots to chase, will break down the game into rewardable mini quests.

Starting a set level takes away a lot of the early game dilemmas, when my levels generally end up more or less the same.

I am a bit apprehensive though it has the potential to be very very good. I hope the guys do the game justice with a really compelling set of levels to mess around with.

Great stuff

I really like how the campaign is interesting and fun for players who already know how to play PA. The story was highly motivating and I might have played till 3AM on Saturday... =P

Best mix of campaign and tutorial I have seen in a long time!

Is it me or once Campaign is done, the game starts popping-up various notebook pages and polaroïds on the prison ground for us to pick them up ?

I do like that :-) but don't know if it's condition-based triggered or plainly random (which I doubt)

Also impressed by how they speed-up the game (loading a prison is a blast compared to previous cell counting). Are they making patches/updates ?

It's seemed pretty random for me. My yard was empty for the longest time since I got rid of Yard time in the Regime, and next thing I know, there's a polaroid of a prisoner making a phone call.

Unless it was a ghost prisoner!

I love how chapter 5 remembered how you'd set stuff up in Chapter 1.
