I hate to dig this back up, but now that the economy has started to make a recovery and that the 3DS eShop is starting to gain some traction, I think that now would be the time to try again. Even if it isn't an actual DS cart, why not on the eShop as DSiware? There is still a dearth of good strategy games, especially ones that could make use of Wifi capabilities of the DSi.

I know I'd download for $10.

Emailed IV about it about six months ago and never received a reply.

It's dead and gone.
