So, title says it all, but just in case you don't get it...

I watch recordings with Defcon in windowed mode and at a small resolution (e.g., 800x600) and would love to be able to have the chat box in a separate window so it doesn't clutter up the screen, especially if I need to scroll up and read previous chat.

I know, this will never ever get done, but if IV ever decided to update Defcon, this would be a great feature.

Doesn't the dedcon window also show the chat? Not in the most readable format, I have to admit.

Yes, but a command box is much uglier than a second Defcon window could be, with chat colors etc.
