Save game feature and Pause feature

I have just bought the game and as far as I can see there is no save game option, or pause key that can be used in the single player game . I find this incredibly dissapointing, what am i supposed to do if the phone rings? Also not everyone has hours to play games like this, those who do not have the time to complete a game in one sitting (or even all the tutorials) should not be excluded. Please could these 2 features be added to the next patch.

You can pause in single player games, but you have to enable pausing in the advanced options menu when you set up the game. Saved games are possible, but require the use of a third-party program called Dedcon (which is a dedicated server for Defcon), and is not a particularly easy thing to set up. As to a "next patch," I get the impression that IV have moved on to new projects, and that new patches are unlikely (possible, but unlikely).
