Back to nukes...
I was kind of thinking just using the silo numbers instead of points:
Each silo has 10 nukes, so i can send 2 X 5mton nukes.
Problem is that way, each silo can have maximum a 10 ton nuke.
Not very big, but i supose 10x wat we have now would be powerfull, maybe too much...
it would not be fair or unfair both players can do same . Just balance.
I think i woul put one silo with a 10 ton nuke (small

naval nuke or finisher, maybe 2 with only 3 ton nuke (silos and air stripes destroyers) and the rest normal nukes. Shure, if the other guy has 6 normal silos, he has 60 nukes, but has to make 60 launches to deploy them.In my setup, i have 39, but if the big one is well timed can spell death, and i need only 39 launches. If the big ones hit , they can cout more than many small nukes that take more time to launch
if u loose your power nukes, it spells death other way around...
Anyway the big ones should have proporcionaly big blast, afecting all targets on the blast radius.
Just some inicial ideas on balance and working mode...
Well, think about it, support it or nuke it leveled.
