Speed Allowance, must include next patch, or else

I reckon each player should have a limited 'real speed allowance'. So, for real speed you get 3-5 mins max. In most games I like to blow my load quickly and keep it on fast speed for the rest of the game. If you wanna launch all ur shit at once then by all means use the whole 3-5 mins and be done with it.
If you are clever u will wait till other players are using their real speed allowance to do your real speed stuff.

Or just get the admin to set the minimum speed higher if you don't want a slow game. Most people (at least on these boards it would seem), myself included, like as much time as possible when doing a fiddly manoeuvre, and limiting that time would wind up the people who want things slow as much as things going slowly wind up people who like things fast.

The point is you only need a certain maximum amount of time on real time to do everything you would ever need to do anyway, unless you wanna be a jackass and keep it on slow time out of spite. Get it? ok maybe you have some manuvers I dont know about, in that case lets have an option to set real time allowance, as well as max game time etc

Yep, discussed before, and I'll definitely add this to the dedicated server one form or the other, along with the option to make the second slowest selection determine the actual speed, but certainly not in the default settings. I happen to like realtime.
