Graph of Casualties

Postby Rich_Zap » Tue Oct 31, 2006 11:27 am

I dont know about you guys but i think we need a more visual set of results at the end. What i would like to see is a graph of total population which could be activated by simply clicking a button on the existing scores window. It would work very similar to AoE2's graph system so that at any point at the x axis (time) it has a vertical line which is divided up into the colours of the players. The more population you have the greater percentage of the line is your colour.

This image from AoE2 shows how it would work (except this has a darker colour for military population and a lighter one for civilian, i think defcon only needs 1 colour). This is a really nice and simple thing to add but looking back through the timeline you can see where someone got attacked and it allows you to better recall the happenings of the battle at the end.

Right on. Beyond the graph idea, more detailed stats in general, useful or funny, sorta like those autogenerated stats for IRC. For example:

- City with highest deaths/survivors
- Country (or state in the case of the US) with highest deaths/survivors. (This doesn't work well with Russia though...)
- Graph of nuke launches by time
- Unit/building count over time
- Units/buildings destroyed/surviving
- Most lines in chat
- City most frequently nuked
- Players who most frequently nuked each other
- Kill breakdown by unit (Sub, Silo, Bomber from Carrier, Bomber from Airbase)
- Percentage of nukes reaching target and percentage of nukes deflected

And anything else...

Good idea :)

you can add :

First player to launch a nuke

and

First player to be nuked on that list as well ;)
