Server Filters and the like.

[Poisoned Al]

The meta server badly needs a filter function. I don't know about you, but I want to filter out:

- Demo users and anyone called “New Player,” because lets face it. Newbies aren't a challenge and they throw a hissy fit when that lose in a matter of minutes and shut the server down.

- Those with high ping rates. Do I really have to tell you why I hate lag?

- Private locked games and vice-versa.

- And certain game modes

Also, sorting games by player numbers and game modes would be nice.
