Custom Timers

I would like to see a setting where you could set how many minutes would be at each defcon level... default as it is now, but allow for increases (in defcon 3/2 for long games) or even decreases, though i dont know why you;d use them with time compression. Mostly, increases could be used to hold off on nukes while conventional war was waged for a few extra minutes.
