Nothin like playing a long game of defcon only to get owned by the server shutting down in the middle of it. How's this possible?

Or connection problems, but most of the time its a host who gets bored, has other things to do, or gets annoyed with losing.

i think it was nice when the games wasnt server dependend as starcraft is. when the server leaves in starcraft the game goes on.

i hosted several games so far and its really annoying getting totally wasted right at the start, and then you have to wait like 40 minutes until the game is actually over, not able quit because of the other players
