Hi,

I've searched the forum for similar stuff, and so far I've come across how to make a reform program repeatable and easier by changing or adding small variable. But I failed to find how to make prisoners more interested in reform programs. For example, I want to make at least 50% of my basic workshop guys to be interested in carpenter training. Is this achievable through modding?

FYI, I've found that lowering difficulty of the reform increases the willingness of prisoners to participate.
