Rooms never complete (Problem with my mod)

In my mod, I add a lot of things. Some of the things I added are rooms. Sometimes when I make a room, any room even default ones, it will not complete - even if it fits every requirement and has every likely object (I think). I never had this problem until after I made my mod, and I'm not the only one that's had this problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? I'm currently working on version 1.3 so I would like to add this fix in if possible.
