Mod Request... gang "therapy"

I'd LOVE if Behavioral therapy could "cure" a gang member of being in a gang...or if there were a reform in a classroom that was geared at convincing gang members to leave a gang. Obviously some prisoners would be easier to "cure" than others so maybe there should be 2 options or it should be able to be attempted more than once (since gang members rarely go to reform stuff anyway). I also think if the member has a low re offending rate perhaps they should be easier to sway, after all if you could get out sooner by cutting the gang crap and going to school why would you stay in the gang?!
