[MOD] True Sandbox V2.0

I recently updated my True Sandbox mod. Actually I kind of just remade it from the ground up, such that it's pretty much a new mod. So here it is, on the forum to increase its visibility, with a non-Steam download link to increase its downloadability. The above image is me spamming filing cabinets. You can spam other things, too.

Here's the description copy-pasted directly from Steam:
The goal of this mod is to allow my fellow prison architects to build as quickly as possible.
No more waiting on workers! No more unremovable water! Near unlimited freedom!

Without further ado, I proudly present...
TRUE SANDBOX V2.0!!!

Ok let's put the fanfare aside and get down to the main...

FEATURES
  • Everything is free and can be insta-built (from objects), insta-placed (from staff), and rotated at will.
  • Floors and walls can be insta-placed, too. No more unremovable water!
  • All rooms can be placed anywhere without research, good for advanced planning!
  • Research is instant, requires only a Warden, and is completely free.
  • Additional hidden content and unbuyable objects (ex. fire) unlocked.
  • Still reasonably within the game rules (no placing stuff in walls etc.). Except for insta-placed objects, be careful with them.
  • I tried to make it so you can insta-place foundations, too, but the feature is not working at this time. The "Indoors" property (which is stored within every game tile) will only change to false, even if I tell it to be true. So for now I've provided three options in the staff tab for funding your foundations.
  • Since it always changed it to false the instant "Remove Foundation" tool works at least...

And here are some...

Tips
  • It is heavily recommended you turn the mod off when you're done building, the gameplay may be completely broken while enabled. Unless that's how you want it.
  • Objects from the objects tab are built instantly, but require a worker to build them.
  • Objects from the staff tab spawn instantly, but can't be rotated beforehand, so I've provided a handy rotate tool (hammer icon).
  • Every object's point of origin is its top-left corner. They are placed and rotated from this point. No point of any object will EVER appear above or to the left of this point (except doors, when open). Keep this in mind when spawning and rotating objects.
  • While the point of origin is the top-left corner, you must click as close as possible to center of the object to rotate it. This really only applies for larger objects.
  • You get $1 every time you spawn or rotate an object.

Fill Tool
Introducing the new FILL TOOL!
To use the fill tool:
1. Pause the game (spacebar)
2. Place two of the same type of material (a brick icon will appear where you clicked)
3. Unpause (spacebar again) and that selected material will fill in a square using the brick icons as its corners
Note 1: the fill tool is not an actual selectable tool, it works automatically
Note 2: if you prefer you can click up to 4 times, to place top, bottom, left, and right instead of the corners

Be careful, you should always save before using the fill tool. If you click too many times (with the same material) before unpausing, the game will crash, and a mistake could cost you a lot of time. Filling a very large area may cause lag.

No, the intent of this mod is to allow easy building, not easy prison management. That is why it is suggested to turn it off when managing your prison, though it shouldn't have that much of an effect on the overall gameplay. There are just some things like the ability for NPCs to walk on water that you might not want to happen when managing the prison instead of building it.
